Have you found yourself criticizing yourself lately? Or have you treated yourself with the kindness you would offer a good friend? In psychology, these questions lie at the heart of self-compassion. We warmly invite you to explore this important theme at our art gallery, where a collection of artworks by HSUHK students awaits you. Through these creative pieces, we hope to inspire a deeper understanding of self-compassion, self-care, and self-acceptance. In the exhibition, you are encouraged to show your support by voting online for your favorite collection of artworks. The collection receiving the highest number of audience votes, combined with expert evaluations, will be crowned the winner of an internal competition.
